These terms describe the rules for using MailPebble websites, apps, accounts, and email services.
Using MailPebble
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use MailPebble to send spam, distribute malware, commit fraud, harass others, interfere with the service, or violate the rights of another person or organization.
Your content
You retain ownership of the messages, files, and other content you provide. You give MailPebble the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content as required to operate the service.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew at the interval shown during purchase until canceled. Pricing, taxes, storage, and plan features are presented before confirmation. Plan changes and cancellation controls will be available in account settings.
Service changes
We may improve, add, change, or discontinue service features. When a material change affects your use, we will provide reasonable notice when practical.
Account suspension
We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address a serious violation of these terms. We will provide notice when appropriate.
